How does the 2021 IITA Graduate Research Fellowship
The 2021 IITA Graduate fellowship affords you the privilege to work with IITA scientists to develop your research instincts. Also, it allows you to develop the necessary research skills, attitude, and confidence for a successful career in agriculture.
Furthermore, as an organization with an affinity for learning and development, IITA designed this program to train you up to take up positions in research institutions similar to the IITA. This program is available for 3, 6, 9 and 12 months.

Short-term Courses, Non-degree and Group Training:
They organized this training in two sections. They are individual training for scientist, extension workers, NGOs, and others usually referred to as Research Training Associates (RTA’s). Aides from this, it could be a training activity for various interest groups or farmers. As part of the IITA R4D projects, their scientist are involved in numerous external training workshops.
